(1)Drying Tray
1Design pressure: usually 0.4MPa, the maximum can be 1.6MPa
2Max. working pressure: usually≤0.4MPa, the maximum can be 1.6MPa
3Heating medium: steam, hot water, conduct oil, to heat drying tray in hot water when its temperature is 100, to heat drying tray with ≤0.4MPa saturated water vapor or superheated steam when its temperature is 100~150, to heat it with conduct oil when its temperature is 150~320, while the temperature is >320, it can use electricity, conduct oil and molten salt to heat it

(2)Material transportation system
1.Rotate speed of main shaft: 1~10/minute, electromagnetism or stepless speed regulation of frequency conversion
2.Rabble: each drying tray has 2~8 rabbles fixed in main shaft
3.Shovel blade: jointed in rabble, to move up and down with the surface of the drying tray to keep contact, having many forms
4.Grinding and rolling: to make grinding and rolling in place to agglomerative and crushing material that can enhance heat-transfer and drying process

(3)Shell
It has normal pressure, airtight and vacuum three types
1.Normal pressure type: cylinder or octahedron, having whole and bisect structures, the main pipe of heating medium inlet and outlet can be set inside or outside of shell
2.Airtight type: cylinder shell, capable of withstanding 5Kpa internal pressure, the main pipe of heating medium inlet and outlet can be set inside or outside of shell
3.Vacuum type: cylinder shell, design pressure is 0.1MPa external pressure, the main pipe of heating medium inlet and outlet can be set inside of shell

(4)Air Heater

It is usually used under the condition of larger evaporation to improve drying efficiency.
