Granulator Description
Integrate spraying, drying, fluid granulating in a body and realize granulating in one step.
Using spraying technic,particularly suitable for micro auxiliary raw materials and thermosensitive materials,its efficiency is 1-2 times higher than FL boiling granulating machine.
The final moisture of some products can reach 0.1%,it's equipped with powder returning device,the rate of granule forming is more than 85% with 0.2-2mm diameter.
Multi-flow atomize with design improved can be used to treat some extract of 1.3g/cm3
it is an ideal equipment that is in conformity with requirement of GMR
