Description DWD belt dryer series belt drier is a new belt drier, its' techinologh is more advanced.The machine has widly used feilds, because of more reasonable astruction, high heating effacet, steady operation. It is widly used in drying for chemical idustry, organic pigment, dystuff, slag of blast furnace, feed, food and so on. Principle of work Raw material to be dried will be spread onto the screen belt through suitable feeding mechanism. When drying, hot air will be forced to input to raw material from up and Iow screen belt, It makes the surface of every particulate become surface to be heated .The area to contact with hot air is increased and the heat conduct area is increased remarkably. The diffused distance of moisture in raw material is shortened. Therefore the effective drying operation can be carried out. Particularly it is suitable for drying raw material that has been pre-formed (The factory can supply series pre-forming equipment, refer to post page). ln a word ,if choose the series drier, it has high stability and energy saving. Application It is suitable in drying for pre-shapping paste raw materials, such as pigment ,dystuff and so on. It is suitable in drying for high naumber ator polymen, ferric oxide, fluor, medicine, flavoring, glue, and other chemical products, fertilizer, feed and so on. Features The mount of air ,temperature of heat ,stay time od raw material can be adjusted in order to get the best effect. The moistrue of finished product can be adjusted. The raw material is relative static in belt, and so the size and dust will be keeped. The belt's type will be choose, such as matral mesh or viberated plate. The belt can be clean,because of the heating room is seperated from drying room. Accoding to requirst, the Iow plate can be equipped cleaning equipment to remove a little rof aw materials to outlet.
